In this interlocutory appeal, appellants Gary A. Case, Gary A. Case, A Professional Corporation, IBT International, Inc., Southern California Sunbelt Developers, Inc., and Dan W. Baer ("appellants") appeal the denial of their special appearances. In a single issue, the appellants contend that the trial court erred in overruling their objections to jurisdiction and determining either that the appellants had sufficient minimum contacts with Texas to support specific in personam jurisdiction or that the appellants waived their objections to jurisdiction by participating in pre-trial discovery. We reverse the trial courts order and render judgment that Texas courts lack jurisdiction over Gary A. Case, Gary A. Case, A Professional Corporation, IBT International, Inc., Southern California Sunbelt Developers, Inc., and Dan W. Baer for purposes of this litigation.
